Freehand Cards by Betsi is a company I developed to sell greeting cards. My work is inspired by the beauty of nature. Using pastel and colored pencils, I render birds, flowers and the like with as much detail as I can. There are so many fine examples of our amazing world; I’m never at a loss for subjects!

Paper Clay is another medium that I work with, I’ve been creating theme Christmas trees for the Concord Museum for 4 years.  Each tree is designed to illustrate a famous children’s book.  I sculpt the characters and try to “tell” the story on the holiday tree.  See concordmuseum.org for the details of this exhibit.
